Welcome at the web presentation of the results of research project “Sustainable use of water resources in terms of climate change”, investigated by the T. G. Masaryk Water Research Institute in cooperation with state enterprises Povodí Labe, Ohře and Vltavy. The aim of the project was to develop software tools for modelling water balance in the current and future conditions. As part of the project, a guidance for the assessment of surface and groundwater resources was created.

Guidance summarizes the basic principles of climate change scenarios development and impact assessment, in the context of water management and planning. The aim of the guidance is the assessment of surface water and groundwater resources.
Web application of chronological hydrological balance model Bilan. The application is running on-line and it is designed for simple evaluation of water balance, the full version of the model is available by the authors of the project.
